R.G.T. Clouthier Construction Limited was incorporated under the laws of Ontario in September of 1982. 

A family owned and operated company, R.G.T. Clouthier Construction started as a small clearing, grubbing, and demolition contractor in the Pembroke area. The firm has since grown to become one of the largest heavy civil contractors in the Ottawa Valley.
